Enterprise Diagnostic

THE PROBLEM

Developing enterprising people is a strategic challenge for many organisations, but what is enterprise? Can it be measured or assessed? And can it be learned or developed?

WHAT KSA DID

We developed and trialed a diagnostic for use in conjunction with the regions director development and leadership programme to support the development of enterprise competencies. It draws on a 360 degree Management Charter Initiative Competency assessment and the Kirton Adaption Innovation problem solving Inventory. These are combined to give integrated feedback for self development planning.

THE RESULT

The tool was trialed and evaluated receiving exceptional feedback. EnQ (Enterprise Quotient) has now been rolled out as an integral part of the Northumberland Management and Leadership Programme and has just been taken up to be accessed regionally.
