Organisational Development in a Local Authority

KSA supported a local authority over 5 years through a major change programme as it transformed from a failing organisation to one considered excellent in 2004.

We delivered a bespoke management development programme for 400 senior and middle managers. The middle managers programme won a National Training Award from UK Skills in October 2005.
